Position Overview:
As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality electronic components. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our products meet stringent quality standards. This position is located near Durham, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

Precision Assembly: Apply and remove masking materials on precision electronic components under magnification to ensure accuracy.
Equipment Operation: Operate various manufacturing equipment, including coating baths, ovens, benchtop dispensers, and application tools to facilitate the assembly process.
Component Handling: Work with small parts, utilizing magnification devices for detailed work and quality inspection.
Quality Control: Perform thorough quality control inspections and pack finished components to maintain product integrity.
ESD Protocols: Follow Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection protocols to safeguard sensitive electronics.
Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to contamination prevention procedures to support overall production quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Attention to Detail: Steady hands and exceptional attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using magnification devices and microscopes for fine detail work.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods, ensuring physical capability for the role.
Quality Mindset: A keen quality inspection mindset with an ability to detect defects and ensure high standards.
